The International Department of the PhysioKlinik im Aitrachtal, under the direction of Nancy Zwintscher, is at your side with many years of experience and special dedication. Our aim is to comprehensively meet the individual needs of our international patients. We know that treatment abroad can be associated with many challenges and we specialize in making it as pleasant as possible for you.
Nancy Zwintscher and the entire clinic team ensure that all processes run smoothly and comfortably. As a rule, patients have already spoken in detail with the head of the International Office or a team member in advance to clarify all the details. On request, Nancy Zwintscher checks the availability of clinic places and ensures that patients are seamlessly integrated into the treatment process.
Our interdisciplinary team of experienced professionals combines excellent medical expertise with a deep understanding of the cultural needs and expectations of our international patients. Together we create an environment where everyone feels welcome and well cared for.
- Processing of inquiries and clarifications for medical treatments
- Preparation of individual cost estimates
- Issuing medical invitation letters for obtaining visas
- Preparation of treatment plans in cooperation with the doctors and coordination of appointments
- Obtaining cost approvals from international insurance companies
- Aftercare plan for at home - virtual consultation with a therapist and/or doctor in the home country on request.
- Organization of medical transport (outward/return journey)
- Organization of individual security services at the clinic
- Assistance with booking hotels and apartments for relatives
- Provision of cab or limousine services
- Organization of translator and interpreter services
- Patients with international health insurance and residence abroad or in Germany
- Patients based abroad who are receiving treatment at their own expense
- Patients based abroad whose treatment costs are covered by a company, organization or embassy
